Matt Brownlee

Matt serves as Chief Operating Officer at Graebel, leading global operations across service delivery, client development, household goods solutions, and supplier strategy to deliver seamless relocation experiences. Since joining Graebel in 2015 as SVP of Business Strategy, he has held multiple leadership roles, including oversight of the Atlanta and Houston operations centers, SVP of Operational Support Services, and EVP of Service Delivery, where he led Graebel’s global service model and supplier network. With more than 25 years in the mobility industry, Matt brings deep expertise across financial, client services, and operational functions. Prior to Graebel, he spent over a decade with a leading relocation management company, ultimately serving as SVP of Operational Support Services leading a global team of 150+ professionals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sam Houston State University and an IML certification from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
