Mobility Industry Insiders Will Converge on Miami

I love living in Connecticut, but no one has to ask me twice to spend some time in South Florida in February! And if you’re in the Mobility profession responsible for relocation activity in your organization, you have a fantastic reason to meet up with me and more than 100 of your peers in Miami on February 19-21.

Graebel once again is sponsoring the insideMOBILITY® program in 2019, hosting regional Summits around the globe for Mobility professionals. insideMOBILITY is a forum for building relationships, sharing best practices and learning from each other. It’s a supportive environment where everyone in the Mobility field can take their skills to the next level and enhance their value within their organizations.

We’re kicking off the 2019 insideMOBILITY program with the Americas Summit in February, and I’m very excited to help host this meeting in Miami. There’s nothing that builds professional relationships like sitting elbow-to-elbow with your peers from HR, Reward and Mobility – wonderful people who represent some of the largest Mobility programs in the world. You’ll discuss challenges, learn about technology innovations and brainstorm about new ways Mobility can drive an organization forward.

The major theme for the Summit is how to move beyond the transactional side of Mobility. After all, the typical Talent Mobility program touches 35 other departments! That’s a huge opportunity for organization-wide impact, and Mobility must have a strategic plan for how and when to weigh in with all these stakeholders. I promise there will be many “ah-has” and lightbulb moments!

The agenda is jam-packed, built around peer-to-peer breakouts and workshops. Whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned veteran, the flexible, build-your-own schedule promises value for everyone. Here’s are some of the sessions:

  • Innovation in Policy Design
  • Identifying, Informing and Engaging Mobility Program Stakeholders
  • Building from Scratch – Creating a Brand-New Mobility Program
  • Building the Perfect Beast – A Core-Flex Program that’s the Envy of the Industry

Now if you’ve been to Summits in the past, you know how Graebel extends the Mobility industry’s principal of Duty of Care to Summit attendees. I hope you’ll join me for an early morning run on the beach or participate in the group Yoga class offered on the 20th and 21st at the hotel’s in-house Yoga studio, Exhale (with an incredible view of the city I’m told!). Together we’ll prepare our minds to be open and receptive to all the new concepts and mind-blowing insights we’ll encounter as the day goes on!

Yoga and running are optional of course but highly encouraged, just like the activities on the 19th prior to the Opening Reception. That day we’ll offer transportation to and from our little piece of South Beach for some games and sand time and then you can participate in our series of Mobility learning labs back at the hotel in the afternoon. Something for everyone!

First things first, though. Please take a look at the agenda and register now for the 2019 Miami Summit. Then get ready to work with your peers to expand your influence and increase your value within your organization!

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions and I’ll see you in Miami!
